Ender’s Game by Orson Scott Card and Software Testing

I recommend this book to anyone interested in Software Testing, probably the persons who already read the book will say: “What the hell, Ender’s war Game with buggers has nothing to do with Software Testing.” I hope you got the point.

    Here are some reasons:

      1.  Think outside the box, continue to find new methods or improve old dusty methods. Use flexible strategy, if there is no strategy, create one or adapt one already used.

      2.   Be strong, stand your ground, don’t give up or renounce your beliefs if you are under pressure.

      3.   Define a concrete goal, do everything in your power to achieve that goal, for instance think that: ”Tomorrow, I want to be better at what I’m doing now.” It’s enough to read some pages from a book / article and you will have some information that you hadn’t before.

      4.    For every problem there is a solution, it depends only on how determined you are to find it.

      5.    Practice, practice, practice.

      6.    Enjoy what you are doing.

I think you will enjoy this book, it’s also on the first place among Top 100 Sci-Fi books.
